DROPWAYZ LLC

  1. 2.1.DROPWAYZ LLC. hereafter referred to as "Dropwayz", is a limited liability company registered in California, United States, whose registered address is 3400 Cottage Way, Ste G2 Sacramento, California, 95825, United States.
  2. 2.2.Dropwayz is the proprietor of the digital platform accessible at https://dropwayz.com and its associated subdomains, hereafter collectively referred to as the "Platform." This Platform serves as an intermediary, facilitating connections between individuals seeking transportation services, termed "Passengers," and entities providing such services, denoted as "Carriers."
  3. 2.3.This Privacy Policy (referred to as the "Policy") outlines the procedures implemented by Dropwayz regarding the collection and use of personal data in relation to the services provided by Dropwayz. This Policy covers all individuals who provide information in connection with the use of these services, including Passengers, and Carriers, individuals associated with the Carrier (such as drivers, employees, etc.), while they access the Platform.
  4. 2.4.Dropwayz retains the prerogative to amend or modify this Policy at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide prior notification. Any alterations made to the Policy shall become effective immediately upon being publicly posted on the Platform.

DATA COLLECTION

  1. 3.1.Dropwayz engages in the collection of various forms of personal data from Passengers and Carriers throughout the use of the Platform, emails and other forms of communication to Dropwayz.
  2. 3.2.The data collected from Passengers upon Platform usage encompasses:
    1. Name
    2. Email address
    3. Phone number
    4. Platform login credentials
    5. Passenger portal settings
    6. Used device for accessing the Platform
    7. Cookies
    8. Booing request data
    9. Booking history data
    10. Platform cummunication records (With carrier and support)
    11. Submitted carirer feedback
  3. 3.3.The data collected from Carriers upon Platform usage includes:
    1. Company legal name and trade name
    2. Images
    3. Email addresses
    4. Phone numbers
    5. Platform login credentials
    6. Registered address
    7. License and Insurance documents
    8. Vehicles data (Images, documents, vehicle details)
    9. Drivers' licenses and names
    10. Payment details (Payment plan and Payment method)
    11. Operating areas
    12. Carrier website
    13. Cookies
    14. Passenger Portal data according to clause 3.2
    15. Transfers associated with Carrier (Completed, scheduled, not completed, etc.)
    16. Platform communication records (With passenger and support)
    17. Carrier ratings and reviews (Submitted by passenger)
  4. 3.4.Carriers are granted restricted access to Passengers' booking request data during the Offer stage. This limited data includes:
    1. Destinations (From and to)
    2. Transfer timings
    3. Number of passengers
  5. 3.5.3.5. Carriers obtain full access to the data provided by the Passenger upon the acceptance of the Carrier's offer, inclusive of passenger name, phone number, flight code(s), and other pertinent details.

DATA USAGE

  1. 4.1.Dropwayz uses the data provided by all users of the Platform in order to ensure the Platform is able to fulfill requested services, ensure transfer success and payments.
  2. 4.2.Dropwayz may share information with its suppliers, consultants, marketing carriers, and other service providers or business carriers. Third-party recipients may include:
    1. Carriers (Restricted to data for transfers)
    2. Passengers (Restricted to Carrier overvier for Offer selection)
    3. Payment processor
    4. Carriers and sub-contractors for document verification, website analytics and research
    5. Cloud storage providers
    6. Marketing carriers
    7. Company affiliates, including subsidiaries and related entities
    8. Professional service providers such as consultants, legal professionals, accountants, and auditors Insurance and financial services carriers
    9. Airports and airlines
  3. 4.3.Dropwayz reserves the right to transfer Platform users’ data as mandated by applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, court proceedings, or requests from public authorities. This includes instances where such transfers are necessary for conflict resolution concerning Transfer completion and payment, ensuring the security of all Platform users and Dropwayz.
  4. 4.4.Additionally, Platform users' data may be disclosed to third parties in the context of events such as mergers, asset sales, restructuring, or business acquisitions, as well as during negotiations associated with these events.
  5. 4.4.Dropwayz may disclose data to third parties in situations not expressly outlined herein, provided that the Platform users consent for the disclosure of their information has been obtained.

DATA STORAGE AND DURATION

  1. 5.1.Dropwayz retains Platform users' data information associated with the users Passenger and/or Carrier portals until the Platform user deletes the account or requests its deletion. To meet legal, fiscal, and operational requirements, including user support, service improvement, research, and direct marketing, Dropwayz retains all user data, including payment and device information, for seven years after account deletion. After this period, Dropwayz will either delete or anonymize the information in accordance with applicable laws.
  2. 5.2.The users of the Platform may request the deletion of their Personal Account at any time. Upon receiving such a request, Dropwayz will promptly comply by deleting all user data, except for necessary data retention requirements. Dropwayz will also restrict access to any remaining data by third parties, including other Platform users. It's important to note that certain data may still be disclosed to third parties upon request, especially for purposes such as conflict resolution, security assurance, fraud prevention, and other lawful reasons, even after the deletion of their Platform account(s).

DATA ACCESS

  1. Platform users have the option to update their name, telephone number, and email address stored in their account. Additionally, the Personal Account provides access to order history, Transfer records (completed and pending), and user ratings within the Service.

DATA MODIFICATION

  1. Requests for accessing user information, updating inaccurate account details, deleting the Platform account, or opting out of marketing communications from Dropwayz can be submitted to info@dropwayz.com.

COOKIES

  1. 8.1.The Platform uses "cookies". Information that the Company obtains through cookies helps to deliver services in the most convenient way. By using this website, the Platform users agree with the placement of cookies on their device under the terms of this Agreement. If the Platform users do not agree with the use of cookies by Dropwayz, the Platform users need either to customize the settings of their browser for control or disabling of cookies on their device or not to use the Platform and exit it.
  2. 8.2.Cookies are small text files downloaded by the browser to facilitate site navigation and improve performance. They track user preferences, site usage, and help in advertising optimization. Dropwayz cannot guarantee the correct operation of the Platform if cookies are disabled.

    1. 8.3.1.Necessary cookies are essential to the operation of our website, supporting functions such as logging in and payment transactions. These cookies can only be disabled by changing your browser preferences.

These cookies are also utilized by our affiliates to track visits and service usage, with no collection of personal user data. All information collected remains anonymous and is used for statistical purposes.
    3. 8.3.3.Functionality cookies assist users by remembering their preferences during browsing, such as language or currency. They prevent data loss in form submissions and do not identify users or track their experience on unrelated websites.
    4. 8.3.4.Targeting cookies analyze browsing habits to tailor website content and advertising to user interests. They recognize previous visits to our website and may share this data with third-party advertisers to improve relevancy.

  1. Dropwayz might engage a third party to display advertisements on the Platform. These advertisements may utilize cookies to allow the advertiser to monitor the number of anonymous users responding to the campaign. Please note that we do not have access to or control over cookies placed by third parties.
